If I had an extra bunch of money laying around with no where to be, I would put it towards up one of Jasper Morrison's Thinking Man's Chairs. This warmer weather has me wanting to spend as much time as possible outside and a chair like that would be just perfect.

Things I love from CB2

CB2 is dangerous. It's difficult to go to their website or into one of their stores and not want to walk out with about 20 carts of things. I tried to narrow it down to one item per category...this week..but still I couldn't. I just love their bright patterns, creative color pallets combos and versatile and fun pieces.

Things I love from Craigslist.

These cantilever chairs. Great shape, no work needed. The color is a bit more burgundy then brown but still neutral and classic.

I am a sucker for a side table. But it has to be special. With a coat of paint (mint, yellow, hot pink?) this guy will be a small but standout piece.

I'e seen this set on Craigslist for a few weeks now. I just can't pull the trigger. I love the chairs but would want to change out the cushions. Also, I'm not sold on the table. If it wasn't a glass top or of the table base wasn't in that oh-so-gross shade of cherry wood, maybe. What to you think?

This is an odd picture of this green velvet couch. But it's a...GREEN...VELVET...COUCH. The color is striking and the shape is simple. It's a knockout. With the right pillows, rug and side chairs, I don't know why everyone wouldn't want it.

Just how cool is Jenna Lyon?

The coolest. J.Crew's Creative Director not only has one of the coolest homes ever but she is also a marketing genius. Writer, Jenni Avins, wrote an open letter on New York Magazine's blog, The Cut, where she asked that the one piece bathing suit she once wore as a child but has since been discontinued, be brought back. Lyons responded immediately saying she would try. This ad ran in New York Magazine this week.

The only way the new Kelly Wearstlers new collection for Paperless Post could be any better is if it was available on real paper. Her graphics have just the right about of thoughtful imperfection so that they are soft yet geometrically structured.
